Nothing. Confused

I'm taking some time off from writing TnT fics and from the internet in general. Right now, I'm finding it nearly impossible to really get motivated or inspired about my own fics, hence my decision to take a step back and potentially allow my Muse to "recharge." Guess we'll see if I'm successful.

Very Happy Zane I'm glad to hear you'll be posting more chapters of your story soon. Also I'm looking forward to see reading part 4 of Reconciliation as well.

While Rigil's muse is taking some time off, mine is working double shifts. I'm currently working on a long fic and hope that I can keep the pace until I see the end of it.

Man, that's not fair!

Imagine if I were allowed to write fanfic or reviews for my newspaper.... Confused

lol. It's a UNIQUE opportunity. I have a final project for my philosophy 399 class "The Meaning of Life" and we were encouraged to make it something creative and unique to us... like not just a paper. So, I talked to my professor, told him I'd done a fair amount of science fiction writing and that I wanted to use that outlet to write a story that explored the various aspects of my own thoughts (including some various references to material studied in the course like stoicism, existentialism, ethics on love and friendships, even possibly some hedonism). But then I realized I could use this as a YMAM sequel... so, here I am. Actually I need to get back to work. I'm only about halfway done and I have till Monday. Writing on a deadline is HARD! Sad

As for Twist of Fate... I have decided that Twist of Fate and YMAM will be my primary concerns for the foreseeable writing future... i.e.... this summer and into the Fall. I had a ton of Bloodlines and standalone ideas but those will just have to wait, since I have started these other series and I don't want Twist of Fate to sit as long as YMAM has, and I want to deliver on my promise about YMAM being "a larger, epic series" hehehe.

Get this... I'm also going to include as a "supplement" the original 270 page Part 1 to Your Mom n Me when I turn this in Laughing

Well, the problem with the site has thrown me off schedule a bit. I will try to finish edits on part two of The Taming of the Raptor this week. But my boat goes in the water Saturday May 12 as that is when the crane will be there. So I may have to do some work on the boat in my spare time before that and not get to the story. After May 12, I can concentrate on it. Really, part two is almost ready and part three needs a little more work. It should not be too long though.

Thanks, site people, for all the site recovery work! It must have been a nightmare for you, but the work is appreciated.
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

I won't be able to add it until tonight, after I get home from the viewing.

How about this one? I'm not sure--get them to march up and down a bit...

Don't worry about it. RL always takes priority. And a death is far more important than this stuff. be there for the people who need you. This can wait.
