A Friendly Reminder About Format

We're seeing some lack of format continuity in submissions with regard to the title lines and supporting information. It makes it difficult to go about the posting process when we have a handful of stories to do if there is not proper and complete information in each story about who it's by, what it's called, what it's rated, etc.

Please remember to put a header at the top of your fanfiction submissions like this:

Title
Author
Rating
Genre (optional)
Disclaimer
Summary (optional)
AN/Acknowledgements (optional)
