That's exactly what I intend to do. I've set this in an alternate universe of sorts so that the cannon doesn't conflict I'm saying it's from the time line being messed about with so much and that Trip and T'Pol were SUPPOSED to end up TOGETHER in the ORIGINAL timeline

I'm very excited about this series. And I'm still recruiting cast if anyone's interested. I have the main characters filled in, but I'll need guest and recurring roles filled over the coming months. I'll post all open roles here...starting with these:

Star Trek: NX-01 is a radioplay based on Star Trek: Enterprise that explores the events of the Earth-Romulan Conflict, which was never expanded upon in the Star Trek saga. This series set in an alternative universe due to the changes in the timeline caused by the Temporal Cold War. Following the events of "Terra Prime", a series of misunderstandings elevates the tensions between the Romulan Star Empire and its adversaries until these tensions explode into an all-out war. Along the way, the crew of the Enterprise encounters new allies as well as old and new adversaries all while trying to prevent a Romulan invasion.


CHARACTER ROLES OPEN FOR EPISODE 1:

Ensign Garrett Hawk
Male, mid 20's to mid 30's
Voice: Tenor or Baritone
Quick-witted, stickler for procedure. Questions unusual orders or orders that go again procedure.
Hawk Audition Line 1: (SLOWLY AND QUESTIONINGLY) Shouldn't we look into it further, sir?
Hawk Audition Line 2: (MATTER-OF-FACTLY) Slim to none, sir. But we should still investigate further to be sure. We didn't detect the Xyrillians in our wake three years ago until the ship’s systems started malfunctioning.
Hawk Audition Line 3: (MUTTERS EXASPERATEDLY) Aye, sir.
**These are his only lines so I'll take the best audition.

Tribe Chief
Male, early to late 70's
Voice: Mezzo,Tenor, or Baritone
Wise, physically strong for his age. Though his voice is somewhat frail. He sounds and speaks much like the older Native American medicine men did. Kind-hearted.Chief Audition Line 1: ...feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter for the other. Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other. Now there will be no loneliness, for each of you will be companion to the other. Now you are two persons, but there is only one life before you. May beauty surround you both in the journey ahead and throughout the years you will share together. May happiness be your companion and your days as husband and wife be well and long upon the earth. Treat yourselves and each other with respect, and remind yourselves often of what brought you together. Give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness and kindness that your connection deserves. Voice: Soprano or Mezzo-Soprano

Ankita Audition Line 2: I see. Perhaps it would be for a young woman you have a romantic interest in? (PAUSE FOR TWO BEATS) You are unsure if she returns your interest.
Ankita Audition Line 3: (LAUGHS) It is a compliment. (PAUSE FOR A BEAT) May I ask your name?
