Thanks for the offer, Cogito. I'll keep that in mind.

If you just want me to be a 'pre-beta' for you and take care of some of the heavy lifting, that's fine too.

Suggested Titles for chapter 16:

Vestri Fidelis Vernula--Your Faithful Servant (sarcastically of course)

Diffidentia Obtempero--Disobedience to Obey

Keep Your Enemies Closer (I couldn't find a latin translation on this one, but I like it the most).

"Teneo tuus inimico propior", I think.

Now if only I can figure out a way to start a poll...I've done it before, but can't seem to find it now.

I think you have to start a new topic in order to start a poll. :?

I hate leaving things undone. Anybody interested in helping me wrap this up?

I have a couple things on my plate, but I am willing to finish the story with the help of others. So I am kind of hoping that others would volunteer to write one of the last chapters. First order of business: what's is going to be the storyline for the last chapters. If nobody volunteers, then I think it's you and me, Distracted. :)

I can write a chapter as long as we know where we're going with this. I do have a one-month old now though so I'd have to do it between caring for him.

Awww. Congratulations!! Babies are so much fun! Tweak some tiny toes for me.

Okay. I think with three of us interested this might be doable. I suggest that we all reread the story so far and then convene in a few days via group pm to hash out a battle plan. Will you girls have time to read over the story again by Wednesday, or do I need to give you more time?

BTW... anybody else who wants to join us is welcome to do so.

Great! That's four of us, now. I'm thinking that we should all re-read the story to figure out where we left off and we can do a group pm to hash out a basic plot in a couple of days. That way we'll all be going in the same general direction to finish it. That okay with everybody?

Fine with we. Since it is a bit of my baby, really, I've reread it several times and I think we'll need two chapters or a rather long one to wrap it up, but maybe first y'all people reread and we'll duke something out by PM. Of course with four people, a chapter each is an option as well, but that would need more commitment than was shown during the last round where at least 3 people didn't deliver their chapter.

Let's just see where inspiration takes us, okay? How about Wednesday for the group pm? Is that enough time to review what we've got so far, everybody?
