Lady Rainbow, might have changed since I had been in London. But the Naval Attache was a CAptain. There was aNavy buildig across the stree from the Embassy. I tmay have an Admiral stationed there. I think that CINCUSNAVEUR was in London. Steward (Enlisted Servant) May yave been an Aide of some sort. Of course, the Embassy was so large that I didn't know what ws on some floors.
