Agreed. I mean I can't see no medical intervention for interspieces offspring until the 24th century, in fact that was the one thing I couldn't quite grasp with Tom and B'Elanna and she was half human herself.
Some of these people haven't taken their medication. Let's see what happens now...

There are reasons nature prevents pregnancies between species. Getting around the mismatches and conflicting DNA/genetics can't happen naturally and I can't see Phlox intervening to assist TnT have a baby while they are serving on a starship. I would think they'd need special permission from Starfleet and Archer and with the dangers of being in space at that time would preclude that.

Well that's for sure. But frankly I can't see either of them wanting a kid in space. E2 was an extreme case and they needed tons of help. I can't see them wanting to go throught that on a small ship with all of that danger when they don't have too. Especially since they lost so much in terms of family. T'Pol her parents, Trip his sister, and Baby Elizabeth. I can't see them gambling too much with it.
