School. Up to two jobs at any given time. Family obligations. Detroit Film Club. Zine editing. Admining a SW site...trust me, I miss PLENTY. I just do my best to catch up when I can. This is the only reason I don't mind staying home sick from work, lol.

Oh I get that, it's just Dis is pretty famous over at HoT certainly one of the most prolific writers there. So it's hard to imagine someone not even hearing about her tales.

I was never very active at HoT. I spent about a week there, found this place, and there seemed to be a lot more going on here so I sorta never left.

I think I've probably read and enjoyed everything by Distracted except the virtual seasons. I don't know why I've never read them. I haven't read ANY virtual seasons by anyone, unless Rigil Kent's Endeavour counts. Maybe it's because it just seems like such a huge commitment? (Once I start a long fanfic and get hooked I tend to be unable to accomplish anything else.) Maybe I'm in some sort of weird denial that we have to write them to have any? I dunno. It's weird. I always intend to do it, but I just keep putting it off.

There's no need to be 'active' at HoT, but there's such a sheer amount of fic's there. Check out TLR's series. I crack up everytime about the moment that T'Pol transmits DAMN! through the bond or that moment she deflects her morning sickness to Trip. Not the most appetizing moment, but funny as hell

Also, I'd like to see the results submitted for archival rather than posted just here in the thread. Is that okay? Let's use this as an opportunity to boost the contents of our library and add some variety!
