Jolene's interesting interview (WITH SPOILERS) appeared in TV Guide magazine:
http://www.tvguidemagazine.com/news/jol ... -3841.html
Who’s your favorite cult sci-fi character that you’ve played?
I’m biased. I have to say T’Pol. It’s the one I invested the most in.
Do you keep your T’Pol action figures close at hand?
Of course I do! They’re still pristine in their boxes, like a true collector. Just in case, for posterity’s sake

I watched the 9 episode "Dark" thanks to the unabiding users of YouTube  and enjoyed it a lot.
Jolene made very good job. I especially liked the scene with Ulicia's murder. Cara and Leo were interesting characters for me while Richard seemed too serious and I disliked Kahlan.

I stumbled on another Jolene's interview:

What did you enjoy the most about playing your character on Star Trek: Enterprise?
I enjoyed her ability to suck the air out of a room. I enjoyed her — what I mean is — the boys could be having their boys moments and she would walk in and all the air would just be sucked out of the room. I enjoyed that. And she didn’t have to say anything. I loved her inability to take a joke. Or to get a joke. And through all of that, I mostly loved her ability to make bonds with her Fellowship mates.

Thanks, Reanok! I liked to read this line:
So, would she rather be a regular on another series or is being a guest star better?

"In a perfect world, I’d do both,” she said. "I love investing everything I have into a character and developing it from conception to the end. But also guest-playing on other things is something special.

"It’s the difference between eating meat and going to the ice cream store. A mix of both is good.”

Ludmilla I'm glad you got to read the interview it seems like my computer keeps saying this isn't right link for that Jolene interview. I also like that quote you posted from that interview. I also like some of the comments she made about T'Pol and Enterprise in the Chicago now interview and the TvGuide magazine interview.I watched Legend of the Seeker last night Jolene did an excellent job with the role of Sister Nicci.I'm looking forward to seeing part 2. i want to see her play Nicci again.Since was a very important character in the Sword of Truth books.

Your link is indeed broken. :( But I googled it and found the original source:

EDIT. I corrected my link because I copied only the half of it before.

I watched Sister Nicci's premier tonight, and frankly I was a little disappointed. The chracter was predictable and one-sided. No attempt was made to explain WHY her allegiance is the way it is. Is it because she craves power? Is she just going with the side she's sure will win? What?

I sure hope they expand the characterization. I hate cardboard villains.

Funny recap of the episode "Dark":
http://deej.livejournal.com/122408.html#cutid1

I am glad that the maker of it appreciates also the scene of murder:
Book note: This is mighty preferential to bestiality!
And a much as our illustrious guest star seems the polar opposite of book!Nicci in manner AND appearance, I do give Jolene mad props for carrying the dramatic dialogue pretty darn well.

At least in interviews (like the one in TV Guide), JB seems to think the character has some layers. She said the Nicci thinks she's doing what she has to do for the greater good or something. Hopefully, that will come out in later episodes.
