We just had my brother and his wife and our very active three year old niece over for an overnight and I'm beat.

JT would be proud of me, though, since I made two batches of Pad Thai noodles (and some red curried shrimp) to feed them.

Her hairdo in that is ridiculous. And yes, Alelou, I am proud of you! And impressed that a little kids was able to eat red curried shrimp. Of course if you introduce it early, they will love that kind of stuff.

Actually, I don't think Fiona DID like the curried shrimp. But she liked the noodles. She's a much better eater than my son is, though he's getting a little better as he gets older. But he's still bitterly opposed to ingesting anything that might potentially swim in an aquarium, including shrimp.

I made Chicken Scarpiello the other night and he liked THAT. Figures, since that recipe took so long I don't think I'll ever make it again unless I can figure out a shortcut. Besides, his dad is the one I really made it for and HE said it was too sweet. (Heavy sigh.)
