oh MAN!

This is huge for us... People are going to be checking on everything they bought now, rightfully so.

I could SO see an organization like Creation doing that, I know this is about Christie's, not Creation, but... that's just too bad.

lol 'millions of dollars'? Those auction peeps take the biscuit but thats got to be asking a bit much! Although if he wins, since it was won for his love of trek maybe he'll put it towards the trek united thing and get ENT back. YAY!

On the surface, it does seem a bit much, but I honestly hope he gets it so this scamming organization takes a good hit.

Well, it's pretty bad when Brent Spiner himself says it's a fake. CoffeeCat raises a good point about the millions being a deterrent. But I think it's too late for anything to get ENT back.

I can't imagine how the other people who coughed up thousands of dollars feel about now. Personally, I couldn't even afford the magazine showing the items, but ouch.

I bet Spiner and folks like him see a lot of dubious artifacts showing up to be autographed...

an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

lol, I wonder what kind of telephone conversations there've been between Spiner and Paramount, hehe.

An organization like Christie's lives by its reputation. If fraud is proven, Christies is in big trouble and sure as heck aught to be!
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.
