Please don't be offended. Most of us don't know our own congresspeople either. Or our own state represetnatives. Some of us can't even name our own governors.
Yay. Representative democracy is alive and well, ain't it? No danger at all. Let's all turn in our weapons right away.

Re: What are you...
I just ate lunch with chopsticks. Chopsticks are cool. What am I doing? I'm writing a novel. I'm on chapter 5. And BnB just sent me Lerteiran back again, so I guess I'll take a break and see what I can come up with there. It's sort of schizophrenic to write two things at once. My brain keeps wantin...

Today I was in Meijers (a chain store like Wal-Mart, but much smaller) just to pick up a couple of things. ...

Personally i think we should have an Amerigo day. I mean both continents are named after the guy. And I agree about Thanksgiving being a positive holiday. We really do have a lot to be grateful for. Even if the CEOs DO have to surrender their golden parachutes this time. Poor babies. :( Was Leif rea...

He barfed because of the stuffing, nto in spite of it. If he had filled up on good meat first, then he would have had a solid foundation on which to pile the stuffing, and the yams, and the mashed spuds, and the pumpkin pie, and the gravy of course, and the corn, and the salad, and the garden fresh ...

Your solution is simple CX. If you can kill someone on your property, but get sued if you only injure them, all you have to do is set some bear traps. Then hook them up to alarms. When the alarms go off, run over to the trap and shoot them. Problem solved.

Re: Happy October 12th!
Granted that Columbus was a slaver, but so were many of the Indians that he killed and enslaved. The "noble savage" myth is no more true than the golden boy image of Columbus. People of every color back then were products of their time, and very few of them were saints. Human life was chea...

Fried green tomatoes. My mom cleared the last of her garden vines and presented me with a platter full of them. Oh my! Oh joy! Oh greasy bliss!

Set some trip wires and run them to the triggers of a few clumps of firecrackers or m80s.

Trip = baptist of some kind. Travis = non specific agnostic. believes in God but not in religion. Hoshi = buddhist I think. too mellow for anything else. Archer = Catholic I think. he craves structure and a disciplined environment with clear authority. Porthos = the cheese fairy, Dairitia Malcolm = ...
