The Taming of the Raptor

This fic will be a three part story instead of two parts as the introduction stated. Life has gotten a bit busy, but I hope to have part two up in a couple of days, and part three maybe next weekend. My beta thought it would work better as a three part story, and as usual, she is right! I think this...

I like the Hoshi-Malcolm pairing where people have played with it, but I really see Hoshi being pursued by a Vulcan - possibly a middle aged widower. Hoshi is from a Human culture which appreciates discipline and esthetics. Even Japanese formal dress kinda echos the Vulcan. And her language skills a...

Uh, I skimmed through people's answers real fast here Distracted, so I don't know if I am repeating anything. How about focusing on Mal's and Hoshi's jobs and let the romance sort of work itself in between? Let's have some action! I always thought the relationship between Vulcan ambassador V'Lar and...

I guess the comments section on the stories is still being worked on? Will it be back up or should we post story comments on this board instead?

Uh, as of the time of this post, I can't see any comments on any of the stories or poems. Maybe that is a good thing - Distracted has stumped me with her latest in the POV challenge. Saves me from admitting that in the poetry section.

I have a photo in photobucket that I want to use as an avatar but it is too big. This is the photo:

Can I fix it somehow so it can be an avatar?

Well, some of my poems (if you can dignify them with that name) were just semi-illiterate experiments and spontaneous fun. Just going for a bounce in the laugh meter among friends. But I will look them over. Looking back from a distance, maybe there is a viable grain or two among the chaff.

I do think it is difficult to go against a cultural norm. I only had a daughter, so the issue of circumcision did not come up. But when I saw my newborn grandson with a bandage on his tiny penis, I could have cried. It must HURT, not that he will remember. There are enough rites of passage for males...

Those are some inspiring suggestion, JusTrip'n. I love to see the secondary characters have their day. Also I liked the clipping Clue pons challenge. It got me writing more often.
