I finally got some relief from the pain with prednisone. Unfortunately, I have a lot of calcification in my shoulder that caused the tendinitis. I guess the years and years of lifting and pushing and changing the gas price sign at work finally caught up to me. Time for a cortisone shot. :roll: I fee...

Shoulder tendinitis really sucks!! Very painful :( I've been one arming it at work.
