Re: New Member Recruitment

About story comment threads. I have been hesitant to post comment threads for stories on the board because I was afraid people would post only in the threads and not in the comments section of the stories. Keep in mind that comments follow the stories into the archive. An author can go back years l...

Re: The captives discussion thread

Thank you, panyasan , for such involving and captivating (not pun intended) update (especially in TnT case)! :D I am very glad that you have a plan for the sequel. :happyjump: I hope that I'll compose the real comment later after coming back home. For those who read it I have a question "Do you...

Re: Well Wishes to People in Moscow

Thank you all very much for caring! The atmosphere is slightly strained and people in the subway are less now. But it is not a first explosion. They become much bloodier every year but less scary. Because it was understood from the beginning that we are not safe anymore anywhere. This fact accepted....

Re: Well Wishes to People in Moscow

I am not afraid to fly also, but I dislike the prohibition to bring water on a board. :( But ordinary people love also to hear that some measures are taken. I exploit the possibility to let know that I am busy a little (with anothe fandom  ) now but I hope that I'll able to read the fics of ne...

Re: Well Wishes to People in Moscow

I know we have at least one forum member, Ludmila (who comments under the name lbekoj), who lives in Moscow! Just wanted to say that I hope you're safe and well - and that we're thinking about the people of Moscow today. Thanks! I and my acquaintances are well. Unfortunately, these acts happe...

Re: Looking for fic

I spend a couple of hours to find a certain fic, but couldn't find it. I know it's been posted on House of Tucker, TnT section and it tells the story of T'Pol before she came aboard Enterprise . She meets a Human male, they became friends and he always uses a certain word to tell her she is special...

Re: Fancy meeting YOU here!

I watched the old movie of 1987 year – " Cherry 2000 ". The face of the main character was familiar to me somewhat. I looked at this movie at IMDB. It turned out that there is some discussion of " Cherry 2000 " nowadays. And main character was played by David Andrews who was Lori...

I suppose it was Rudolf Martin who played Ravis in "Two Days and Two Nights":

I did not check the name of his character but I remember his face.

Re: Muscled Chief Engineer Chests (and other things)

I am 176 cm (5'8''). It is really the middle height as I see at the streets. All men in our company are higher than me (but not more than 190 cm (6'2''). We have the girls with 160 cm (5'2'') (and there are many girls of that height in the age of 24 years, my peers-girls are frequently having the he...

Re: Jolene Blalock gets recurring role in Legend of the seeker

Funny recap of the episode " Dark ": http://deej.livejournal.com/122408.html#cutid1 I am glad that the maker of it appreciates also the scene of murder: Book note: This is mighty preferential to bestiality! And a much as our illustrious guest star seems the polar opposite of book!Nicci in ...

Re: Jolene Blalock gets recurring role in Legend of the seeker

Ludmilla I'm glad you got to read the interview it seems like my computer keeps saying this isn't right link for that Jolene interview. Your link is indeed broken. :( But I googled it and found the original source: http://www.newsok.com/actress-rolled-around-oklahoma-before-stardom/article/3433964?...

Star Trek Minutiae

Tomorrow is my first work day in this year. I would have yet 2-3 months of vacation and I am not in a mood for serious stories. :( So I divert myself with surfing in Internet. I stumbled at the site "Star Trek Minutiae": http://www.st-minutiae.com/index.html I did not find its mention at T...

Re: Jolene Blalock gets recurring role in Legend of the seeker

Thanks, Reanok ! I liked to read this line: So, would she rather be a regular on another series or is being a guest star better? "In a perfect world, I’d do both,” she said. "I love investing everything I have into a character and developing it from conception to the end. But also guest-pl...
