Re: Las Vegas

Let's put it this way: it's a Creation con. So expect it to cost $$$$. Right now, of the available remaining tickets for the con this year, you can get: PREFERRED WEEKEND PACKAGES -- $314 This ticket package is a great option for those that want a reserved seat for the entire weekend in our main the...

Re: SeaTrek (June 22-29, 2007)

23 June 2007 After a very relaxing massage and facial first thing in the morning, I checked out the ship a bit. There wasn't much going on this day, unless you're into Buffy and Angel, since all the Q&A stuff was focused on them, and well, Claudia Christian. There was the photo op with the acto...

Conventions page on the site

Question: Would you guys like a page listing the conventions that the various Star Trek actors are going to be at on the site, with links to the websites running them? Please note, that it would not be us endorsing the cons in any way, shape or form, it would just be a general listing to make it eas...

I've had them on my watch list since earlier today, actually. It's highly unlikely I'm going to bid on either one, but I'm just curious to see what it ends up going for...

Re: SeaTrek (June 22-29, 2007)

June 22, 2007: We had to have our luggage out in the hallways before 10:30 this morning so the hotel's bell hops could collect them and take them out to where our three buses met us. Then it was about a 20 minute ride down to the port, and another 15 minutes or so on average for each of us to work o...

And here's some photos of Alaska to prove that I did indeed take pictures of something other than the actors on this cruise, Laughing--

Yeah, but the only two forms he took during the episode were his own and that of a German shepherd, and neither one has a big head and little body... Wink

So you missed the part where Odo was the guard dog, then? He'd hidden himself on the ship Quark's cousin Galen had given him to keep an eye on Quark, if I remember correctly.

Re: Randomness

^ No, NX-Oner is a vet, not the cat lady. I work at a pet store. She and I were trying to run interference between the cat lady and the rest of the table on that particular night. The crazy cat lady runs a pet rescue or something. And it's highly doubtful I'm ever going to look back and laugh at tha...

Re: Randomness

Speaking of the cruise, Hoshissis and I were walking around downtown Seattle on Friday after we got back (went to Pike Street Market, though we didn't make it to the space needle--the way the weather was on Friday I don't know if it would have been worth it anyway since it was so changeable). Anyway...

Re: Randomness

The cruise was (for the most part) very nice. I could have done without the crazy cat lady at our table, however. It's pretty bad when people from other tables come over and tell you, "I feel your pain" because you're stuck sitting next to some woman who talks about her 37 cats and her gas...
